Back from the dead
Ok! I am
going for it again. This time with one major difference……… I am not drinking alcohol.
This will
be a major factor in my development as I have been enjoying myself a little too
much over the last two years and have ended up in worse condition than ever.
Now is a
time to turn my life around! It will be interesting to see how my body responds
now that I am over 40.
I will post
my stats for a before and after eight week period starting from next week. I am
really exited about the summer coming and I would like to be in reasonable
shape by around June time.
Let battle
commence!
